Holidays mean relaxation – but not necessarily a break from your personal health and fitness goals. With our Fit & Healthy in Greece service, we support you in staying active and maintaining your usual lifestyle during your stay.
At the start, you will receive a questionnaire from us in which we record your current fitness level, your exercise habits, your goals, and any health limitations. This allows us to understand your individual needs and tailor our program optimally to you.
The focus is on creating an individual nutrition plan that takes your personal goals into account while still allowing you to enjoy Greek cuisine and your holiday.
Additional services can be added if required, including individual training plans, recommendations for running, walking and training routes, information on gyms and sports facilities, and personal training sessions on site.
